As part of their 2024 strategy, Walsall Housing Group embarked upon an ambitious digital transformation plan in 2021. SaturnFive conducted preparatory work to provide market intelligence, customer insight and strategic recommendations for implementation. The plan gained board approval and is now in the implementation phase across the organization with SaturnFive providing ad hoc consultancy.

Debra UK is a national charity supporting those living with Epidermoloysis Bullosa (EB), a serious skin condition that currently has no cure. The charity funds pioneering research, specialist healthcare, international best practice and lifelong care to the EB community. SaturnFive was commissioned to develop a complete refresh of their brand identity to provide a solid foundation for future fundraising and marketing activity. The assignment extended into developing a new retail design concept for their 100+ stores across England and Scotland.

International growth strategy

The Milton Keynes software business was looking to explore international markets as part of its scale-up plans. Through our Cape Town business hub, we instigated and managed a pilot project to assess the market opportunity and product acceptance in South Africa, providing local intelligence, on-the-ground operational support and customer recruitment. Our recommendations outlined the product and operational development required for further expansion. The business was successfully acquired by ATG in 2021 and continues to operate under the SalesMaster brand.
